The inspiration for this dance theater piece is the concept of
impermanence: regardless of our desires, hopes, beliefs, everything we
know is constantly shifting, changing form, and moving towards or away
from where we think it should be. Permanence is non-existent. Whether we
know it or not, we are in a state of constant change. And so is
everything around us.
